Pitt Street Bridge

In Mount Pleasant, SC one of the favorite scenic walks is the promenade out to Pitt Street bridge. Lined with palmettos , the Two hundred yard walk finds lovers , young families and the occasional fisherman soaking up the sun and breezes. This particular morning it was just the fishemen but if you look close , you can see a young gentleman dropping to one knee to ask an important question. Pitt Street Bridge is one of the favorite places of my daughter in law Julie and I photographed it one morning in December and painted it later in February of 2025 .
